David P. Wolicki, the founder of the firm, has been practicing law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for more than 25 years. His areas of practice include business planning, general civil litigation, estate planning, probate, banking, and real estate. David has found that the diversity of his practice allows him to provide a much higher and more thoughtful level of strategic advice and planning to his clients.
David is a graduate of Tufts University, cum laude, with distinction in the History of Western Civilization, as well as a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to founding the firm in 1996, he was associated with the Boston firms of Lyne, Woodworth & Evarts and Heller, Levin, Seksay & Ouellete, as well as the Providence firm of Tillinghast, Licht and Semonoff. He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts. David is also a real estate title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, which is one of the most respected title insurers in the nation. David has been an active member of the Neponset River Regional Chamber (f/k/a Neponset Valley Chamber of Commerce), where he served for many years as its General Counsel as well as a member of its Board of Directors and its Executive Board. He has also served on the Canton Fall Classic Road Race Committee, helping to raise funds for the worthy causes benefitted by this event. In addition, David served as a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Abraham for more than 10 years. Sandy is a 1984 graduate of the University of Rochester, cum laude, where she majored in Economics. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Sandy was an executive at the following prominent insurance and financial service firms: Chubb, Hanover Insurance, Fidelity Investments, State Street Global Advisors, and John Hancock. Her experience with these companies as an underwriter and a systems manager, as well as her vast contacts in these fields, make her an invaluable resource for clients of the firm.

Ellen Rappaport Tanowitz is not only admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the New York Bar, but she is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Courts for Massachusetts, as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with high honors in American Studies and History. She earned her law degree from Boston College Law School.
Ellen is a seasoned trial litigator with experience in the litigation departments of both large and small firms. She manages the firm's motion and trial work, handling a wide variety of civil litigation and arbitration/mediation matters, including business litigation, real estate and construction disputes, commercial collection, professional malpractice, and landlord/tenant matters. Prior to becoming associated with the firm in an of-counsel position, she was an associate with the Boston law firms of Kuzinevich & Miller, LLP and Strook & Strook & Lavan and the Framingham law firm of Rubin, Hay & Gould.
Ellen is an active member of Bet Tzedek, a program that provides pro bono legal assistance through Jewish Family and Children's Service. In addition, she is a member of the American Bar Association General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Division's Books and Publication board. Warren M. (Kip) Schur is admitted to the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bars. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, where he graduated cum laude, as well as his Master of Arts from the University of Michigan where he graduated with a degree in linguistics. In addition, he earned his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Prior to joining the firm in an of counsel position, Kip was associated with the Boston law firms of Choate, Hall & Stewart and Heller, Levin, Seksay and Oulette, as well as the Connecticut law firm of Robinson and Cole and CIGNA Corporation.
Kip has vast experience as an estate planning and probate attorney, specializing in gift, estate, charitable, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as estate administration, trust administration, and probate. In addition, Kip frequently handles tax matters for the firm's corporate and individual clients. Together with Attorney Wolicki, Kip works with a wide variety of individuals, families, and closely-held businesses. Among his many strengths is Kip's ability to work closely with clients to maximize their understanding of complex estate and tax issues and to develop plans which specifically address their individual needs. In 2000, Kip retired from the U.S. Navy as a Captain after thirty years of active and reserve service to his country. In addition to his devotion to certain charitable causes, Kip volunteers a good deal of his time on behalf of his alma maters, devoting time raising funds for Harvard University, as well as serving as a long time member of the Board of the University of Michigan Club of Greater Boston.

Richard S. Rosenstein is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is admitted to the Bars in Massachusetts and Florida. He practiced law for 34 years at Boston firms such as Goulston & Storrs P.C. and Nutter, McClennen & Fish LLP before moving to Florida to open his own practice in Boca Raton in 2014. Rich currently practices in both Massachusetts and Florida and concentrates his work in the areas of business representation, commercial lending, equipment finance, workouts, and franchising. Ann is a graduate of Massasoit Community College where she received her Associates degree in Business Administration and Applied Sciences with High Honors (Phi Beta Kappa). In addition, Ann is an active member of the local community, devoting her time to countless charitable and educational causes including the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the American Red Cross.
